What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- Training plans and coaching history
- Ride data and analysis records
- Nutrition logs and meal history
- Equipment profiles and maintenance records
- Competition results and personal records
- Club memberships and social connections
- Saved routes and event registrations
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any of your data. If you think you might want to return, consider exporting your data from within the app before requesting deletion.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request
Email us at the address below from the email address associated with your PedalPulse™ account. Include "Account Deletion" in the subject line.
We verify your identity
To protect your account, we’ll confirm the request is genuine. We may ask you to verify your identity via a confirmation email.
Your data is deleted
Once verified, we’ll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

You can also delete your account directly from within the app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts. For any questions about data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
